摘要
论文根据我国应急平台发展的形势，详细分析了图像接入系统的工作原理，并从省级应急平台应用的角度全面研究了各种图像的接入方式，提出了图像接入系统与移动应急指挥系统现场采集图像的接入方式，与视频会议系统融合的解决方案。改变了传统的观频会议与图像接入的单一性应用。
This dissertation, based on the development of emergency platform situation, analyzes the working principle of image access system, and from the perspective of the provincial emergency response applications provides a thorough study of the various image access styles, presents an image access systems and mobile emergency command system field images collected access, and video cont）rencing systems integration solutions, changes the traditional video conferencing and image access to the unity of applicatiom, improves the efficiency of cmergency response.
