摘要
阐述了利用三坐标测量机和激光扫描测头,对工件进行扫描,通过Geomagic Qualify软件对扫描点云处理,进行质量检验,缩短检验时间及拓宽检查手段。
This paper describes a method of quality inspection that processing the scan point cloud by using Geomagic Qualify after the workpiece scanned by CMM with laser scanning probe.which can save time and increase the quantity of inspection means.
