摘要
应用2000年-2009年度的数据,对我国经济增长和建设用地的相关关系进行实证分析。结果显示:(1)经济增长与建设用地之间存在长期协整关系,短期内出现偏离时,建设用地将以83.5%的比率在1年之内得到调整;(2)经济增长是建设用地变化的G ranger原因,但反向因果关系被拒绝;(3)对于经济增长的正向冲击,建设用地反应强烈,而经济增长对于建设用地的正向冲击则反应较弱。
This paper, based on relevant data from the year 2000 to 2009, is aimed at making an empirical study on the relations between economic growth and land for construction use in China. Through this study, this paper comes to these results: When short- term derivation occurs to the long- term relations between economic growth and land construction use, 83.5% of land for construction use will be adjusted within one year; economic growth is the Grange cause of the change of land for con- struction use, but reverse causality is refused ; land for construction use has a great direct impact on economic growth, but that of economic growth is weak on land for construction use.
