摘要
信息不对称是现代信息经济学研究领域中的一个重要内容,技术市场的信息不对称极大地影响了市场交易效率。本文从技术市场的交易过程和技术商品的本质特性等两方面探讨了技术市场的信息不对称问题,同时探讨了技术市场信息不对称的成因,包括外生性因素、投资者的信息搜集和处理成本、信息传递过程的知识差等因素,并提出了防范措施和建议。
The information asymmetry is an important content of modern information economics research field,which has affected the transaction efficiency of the technology market enormously.This paper discusses the information asymmetry in technology market from aspects of transaction process of the technology market and nature of the technical goods,and discussed the origin of the information asymmetry in technology market,which includes the exogenous factors,information collecting and processing cost of investors,degree of knowledge and so on,as well as the author proposes some countermeasures and suggestions.
