摘要
针对大中型水利工程项目建设参与单位多、信息量大、传统信息传输手段落后等现状,以乐昌峡水利枢纽工程为例,详细介绍了项目总控管理模式,即:项目业主为主体、社会专业与咨询机构参与的项目总控管理模式,以及工程在建设过程中所采取的主要管理手段。通过完善工程组织管理机构及体制,建立总控信息门户,对项目实施过程提供及时、准确、高效的目标控制,借助现代信息技术,实现工程信息多手段、全方位和可视化管理。该管理模式在乐昌峡水利枢纽工程建设中取得了良好的效果,为项目总控模式的研究和应用积累了经验。
In the light of characteristics of hydroproject such as multiple construction units,large amount of information,backward information transmission means,etc.,taking Lechang hydroproject as example,we present project controlling mode in detail,i.e,the project owner plays major role,while the special organization and consultant organization take part in construction management.And the main management means adopted in the construction process are introduced.Through perfecting project administration and mechanism,by setting up multi-user information portal to control project construction timely,accurately and effectively,the multi-means,all-sided and visualized project construction management is realized.The application of the management mode in Lechang hydroproject construction obtained good effects.
