摘要
为进一步研发溶剂法制备纤维素薄膜的新工艺,以LiCl/DMAc为纤维素溶剂,溶解棉浆粕得到均匀透明的纤维素LiCl/DMAc溶液,采用湿法工艺制备纤维素薄膜。用红外光谱、扫描电镜及X射线衍射等分析方法对薄膜结构进行表征。考察制膜液中纤维素浓度、凝固浴种类、凝固浴中LiCl/DMAc浓度及凝固浴温度对薄膜力学性能的影响,得到了纤维素LiCl/DMAc溶液法制备纤维素薄膜的优化工艺:配制纤维素质量分数为6%~7%的纤维素LiCl/DMAc溶液;选用质量分数为10%~15%的LiCl/DMAc水溶液作凝固浴;固化温度为20℃。采用该工艺可得到具有一定强度的均匀透明的纤维素薄膜。
For developing a new method to prepare cellulosic film using solvent method,we dissolved cotton pulp in LiCl/DMAc solvent and obtained a uniform and transparent LiCl/DMAc solution,and cellulosic film was prepared by wet process.The structure of cellulosic film was characterized using FT-IR,SEM and XRD.The effects of the cellulose concentration in LiCl/DMAc solution,kind of coagulation bath,LiCl/DMAc concentration in the bath and temperature of coagulation bath on mechanical properties of the films were investigated.The results showed that the uniform and transparent cellulosic film with certain intensity could be prepared with cellulose mass concentration of 6%-7%,aqueous LiCl/DMAc solution with LiCl/DMAc mass concentration of 10%-15% as coagulation bath,and curing at 20 ℃.
