摘要
目的采用HPLC法测定药材中黄褐毛忍冬皂苷甲的含量。方法采用Zorbax SB-C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);柱温35℃;流动相为乙腈-0.1%冰醋酸溶液(62∶38);检测波长210 nm。结果黄褐毛忍冬皂苷甲进样量的线性范围为1.972～7.888μg(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为98.2%(RSD=1.3%)。结论所建方法重复性好、专属性强,可作为黄褐毛忍冬药材质量的控制标准。
OBJECTIVE To determine fulvotomentoside A in Lonicera fulvotomentosa Hsu et S.C.Cheng by HPLC.METHODS The analytical column was Zorbax SB-C18（150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） at 35 ℃.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% acetic acid（62：38）.The detected wavelength was set at 210 nm.RESULTS The linear range of fulvotomentoside A was 1.972-7.888 μg（r=0.9999）.The average recovery was 98.2% and RSD was 1.3%.CONCLUSION The developed method is simple,accurate and specific,which can be used for quality control of Lonicera fulvotomentosa Hsu et S.C.Cheng.
