摘要
介绍了湖北省农村饮水安全工程运营管理的基本概况、成效与做法,分析研究了运营管理中存在的主要问题,提出了解决相关问题、建立长效机制的几点对策建议:调整农村饮水安全工程运营管理理念,发展规模化供水工程,合理核定水价,强化水质保障,加强统一监管。
This paper introduces the basic situation,achievements and practice of managing the operation of rural drinking water safety projects in Hubei Province and the major problems are analyzed and studied.Suggestions are made on solving related issues and establishing effective mechanisms： to adjust operational and managerial concepts on rural drinking water safety projects,develop large-scale water supply projects,set reasonable water price,ensure water quality and enhance unified supervision.
