The Progress and Research Framework of Ambidexterity Theory

摘要 在梳理国内外文献的基础上,阐述了双元性创新的分析层次和概念界定,同时综述了当前国外双元性创新研究的进展和研究框架,并对双元性的未来研究进行了展望。 After summarizing the literature on ambidexterity,the paper explained the concept and the analysis levels of ambidexterity,also reviewed the progress of ambidexterity theory,and given a prospect for future research.
