摘要
通过对138个常用水泥生料样的易烧性试验结果进行统计比较后得知,熟料烧成率值的变化对生料易烧性系数K1400℃影响较大。其中KH平均每降低0.01,K1400℃提高0.36%;n平均每升高0.10,K1400℃、降低0.61%;P平均每升高0.10,K1400℃降低0.58%左右。掺加适量的复合矿化剂、晶种、萤石矿化剂后均使生料易烧性得到明显改善,其改善效果由好到差顺序依次为复合矿化剂≥晶种≥萤石矿化剂,外掺后分别使K1400℃比未掺时平均提高3.69%、2.77%和2.22%左右。
Burnability tests have been made with 138 normal raw meal samples. The experiment results indicate that the moduli.of clinker have the largest impact on the burnability index K1400t Of raw meal. The reduction of KH by 0. of leads to an increaseof K14000℃ by 0. 36%, while the increases of n by 0. 10 and P by 0. 10% result in the reduction of K140ot by 0. 61% and0. 58%, respectively. Remarkable improvement in the burnability of raw meal has been achieved with the proper addition of mineralizers in the order of composite mineralizers, crystal seed, fluorite. The percentages of these improvements are 3. 69%,2. 77%, and 2. 22% respectively for the above-mentioned mineralizers when compared with corresponding control sample.
