摘要
目的探讨班级团体生涯辅导活动对大学生的择业价值观和交流恐惧的影响。方法根据交流恐惧量表总分将实验组92位大学生分为高、中、低度交流恐惧组,采用双盲设计方法,由任课老师实施8个周班级团体生涯辅导活动干预,与对照组76人进行比较。实验组和控制组使用择业价值观问卷和交流恐惧自陈量表进行前后侧。结果①大学生择业价值观与交流恐惧呈负相关(r=0.136,P<0.05);②经过班级团体生涯辅导,实验组择业价值观显著提高(t=-4.59,P<0.001),其中高度交流恐惧组的学生择业价值观改善较为显著(t=-2.30,P<0.05),中度交流恐惧组的学生择业价值观改善非常显著(t=-4.00,P<0.001),低交流恐惧组学生的择业价值观没有显著变化(t=-1.42,P>0.05);③经过班级团体生涯辅导,实验组恐惧总分和各恐惧分量表分数都显著降低(除交谈恐惧外)(t=2.85,4.74,2.82,2.87,P<0.01)。结论班级团体生涯辅导可以明确大学生的择业价值观,并降低其交流恐惧。
Objective To study how class groups of career guidance influence university students' career values and communication apprehension.Methods A total of 92 students,tested by Personal Report of Communication Apprehension(PRCA-24),were divided into high,medium,and low levels of communication apprehension groups.The instructor used double-blind design method to implement eight times of classes in group career guidance intervention.The effect was assessed by Career Values Inventory and PRCA-24.Results ①Career values was negatively correlated with communication apprehension(r=0.136,P〈0.05).②After the intervention,career values of the experimental group was improved significantly(t=-4.59,P〈0.001),the high-level group improved at 0.05 level(t=-2.30,P〈0.05),the modium-level group improved at 0.001 level(t=-4.00,P〈0.001)while the low-level group showed no improvement(t=-1.42,P〉0.05).③The score of communication apprehension and its subscales of the experimental group(except Conversation Fear) reduced significantly(t=2.85,4.74,2.82, 2.87,P〈0.01).Conclusion Class group career guidance activities can greatly reduce communication apprehension of university students,and clarify their career values.
