摘要
细胞凋亡是一种重要的生物学过程,是在基因调控下所发生的一系列细胞主动死亡过程。就近几年细胞凋亡信号传递机制、酶学机制以及基因调控机制的研究作一概述。
Cell apoptosis is an important biological process,which is a capacity of a cell to undergo autonomic programmed death by the control of genes＇ regulation.This review focused on the recent advancement of apoptotic signal transduction,enzymological mechanisms and the regulation of genes.
