摘要
随着科学技术的进步，人为失误已成为引发事故的主要因素。文章对人为失误的概念和煤矿井下作业人员人为失误的原因系统地进行了分析研究，在此基础上，提出了控制煤矿工人人为失误的“１５２２１”措施。
Along with the advance of Science and technology,man-made faults have become main factors to cause accidents.It is systematically analyzed and studied for the concept of man-made faults and the causes of faults made by underground coal miners in the paper.Based on the study,a set of measures are put forward to control faults made by miners in underground coal mines.
