摘要
基于差动保护的同步调整方法,从理论上分析了通信通道收发不一致延时对光纤差动线路保护的影响,并计算了不同差动判据的保护所能耐受的最大收发不一致延时。借助电力系统全数字实时仿真装置ADPSS建立了220kV双回线输电系统电磁暂态模型,对国内三种光纤分相电流差动保护装置进行了测试,记录并分析了各自耐受通道收发不一致延时的能力。理论分析和试验结果表明,差动判据对保护耐受通道收发不一致延时的能力有着较为显著的影响。建议分相电流差动保护使用专用光纤通道,而尽量避免使用光纤迂回通道。
In this paper,the influence of transmission channel inconsistent time delay on optical fiber line differential protection is analyzed theoretically based on synchronization adjustment method.Then,it figures out the maximum inconsistent time delay that line protections with diverse differential criteria can bear.A 220 kVdouble-circuit transmission line electromagnetic transient model is built to test three kinds of fiber phase-splitting current differential protection devices in real-time based on ADPSS,and the capabilities that they can bear inconsistent time delay are recorded and analyzed respectively.Both theoretical analysis and simulated results show that differential criterion has a significant impact on the capability of bearing inconsistent time delay of protection.It is proposed that dedicated fiber channel should be used for phase-splitting current differential protection instead of the circuitous fiber channel.
