摘要 简要介绍了水稻耐淹涝研究概况,并着重阐述了水稻耐淹涝主效基因位点Sub1的定位和克隆,利用与Sub1紧密连锁的分子标记培育耐淹涝水稻品种等方面的研究进展,并对今后水稻耐淹涝分子育种研究进行了分析和展望。 The studies on submergence tolerance in rice were introduced,and the research progress on the mapping and cloning of Sub1 locus which controlled submergence tolerance in rice were emphatically elaborated,as well as the cultivation of submergence-tolerant rice by means of molecular marker tightly linked to Sub1,and the analysis and prospect on the molecular breeding of submergence-tolerant rice were carried out in our paper.
