摘要
实现良好的组织认同,需要社会各个层次间的行动模式具有基本的一致性,尤其是个人在社会生活中对资源的控制方式与组织运行模式具有基本的一致性。人们的资源控制状况直接影响其组织认同,价值契合对之有重要的影响作用。在中国社会转型过程中,人们已经基本接受了总体社会的市场化现实发展趋势和价值评价体系,非国有控股企业的组织运行模式与总体社会基本运行模式之间一致性程度更高,组织价值契合相对更高,对组织认同有更好的促进作用。
It is need for carrying out good organizational identity that each social activity mode to have basic consistency between them, especially the individual has basic consistency with the control method of resources in the society and operating mode of organization. Personal conditions of resources control directly influence their organizational identity, but the value fits have the important function on it. During the transformation period of Chinese society, people already accept the trend of reality development and evaluate system for the marketing of general society, the consistency of not-stateowned enterprise is better than the stateowned enterprise with the operating mode of between organization and general society, better organization value fits, and better promoting function to organizational identity.
