不同剂型乳酸菌制剂对肉雏鸡生长性能和盲肠菌群的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Different Dosage Forms of Lactobacillus Preparation on the Growth Performance and Caecal Microflra in Young Broilers

摘要 本研究探讨了不同剂型的乳酸菌发酵制剂对肉雏鸡生长性能和盲肠菌群的影响。试验选用1日龄健康AA肉雏鸡240只随机分成4组,每组5个重复,每个重复12只鸡。Ⅰ组为草乳杆菌固体制剂组,饲喂基础日粮+0.2%草乳杆菌固体制剂;Ⅱ组为草乳杆菌液体制剂组,饲喂基础日粮+草乳杆菌液体制剂;Ⅲ组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;Ⅳ组为抗生素组,饲喂基础日粮+0.01%黄霉素,试验期为28d。结果表明,通过饲喂草乳杆菌制剂可以显著提高1-4周龄肉雏鸡的平均日增重,降低料重比(P〈0.05),并且液体制剂的效果要优于固体制剂;与抗生素组相比,饲喂草乳杆菌液体制剂能显著增加盲肠内乳酸菌的数量(P〈0.05),显著抑制盲肠内大肠杆菌的繁殖(P〈0.05)。 The experiment was conducted to study the effects of different dosage forms of Lactobacillus preparation on growth performance and caecal microflora in broiler chickens. A total of 240 one-day-age young broiler chickens were randomly assigned to 4 groups with 5 replications per group,12 broilers per replication. Ⅰ group for Lactobacillus solid preparation group (basal diets+0.2% Lactobacillus solid preparation); Ⅱ group for Lactobacillus liquid preparation group (basal diets+LactobaciUus liquid preparation); Ⅲ group for control group (basal diets); Ⅳ group for antibiotic group (basal diets+0.01%flavomycin). The experiment lasted 28 days. The results showed that supplementation of Lactobacillus preparation significantly increased daily weight gain and feed conversion ratio compared with control group (P〈0.05) and the effect of liquid preparation was better than that solid of form. Additionally,supplementation of Lactobacillus liquid preparation significantly increased Lactobacillus amount and effectively inhibited E.coli in cecum compared with antibiotic group (P〈0.05).
