摘要
人才是有能动性的最宝贵资源,核心人才竞争已成为企业乃至国家之间竞争的核心和焦点,而人力资源管理水平将成为识别企业实力的重要指标。论文着眼于我国高科技企业的科研生产实际和现有人才状况,通过对当前高科技企业核心人才成长规律进行深入分析,并参照和借鉴国内外知名企业的教育培训体系的先进经验,提出构建高科技企业核心人才培训体系的对策建议。
Talent is the most valuable resource. The competition for key talents has become the core of competition between countries and companies. Human resource management level will be an important standard of measuring company strength. This article focuses on the reality of science research and production in high - tech companies and the condition of existing talents through researching on growth rules of key talent in high - tech companies and referring to the experience and enlightenment of their successful implementation of training systems in famous enterprises. Finally, specific measures have been proposed to build a core training system for high - tech companies.
