250例患儿输液心理护理分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨急诊患儿输液心理的心理特征,加强心理护理。方法:采取调查、心理询问、表情观测等方法,对250例患儿进行心理特征分析,并分为对照组和护理组,对不同的情况分别处理。结果:护理组患儿输液合作率为87.0%,显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:患儿输液时,应进行适当的心理护理,可提高患儿配合治疗的成功率。
