摘要
针对热轧工艺润滑设备存在的整体稳定性不高,油水混合不均匀等问题,通过对混合系统、喷射系统的改进及压力系统的设计,研制一套移动式热轧工艺润滑装置。油水混合实验、喷射均匀性实验和热轧工艺润滑试验结果表明,该装置流量与压力稳定性良好,油水混合均匀,可用于热轧工艺润滑实验及中小型热轧线的热轧润滑。
Aimed at the problem such as the whole stability is not high and uneven mixing about water and oil in the facility of lubrication in hot rolling process, a portable device of lubrication in hot rolling process was developed, which im- proves the mixing and injection system, the design of pressure system. Results of mixing experiments, injection uniformity experiments and hot rolling lubrication experiments show that the device has good stability of flow and pressure, can make the oil-water mixing uniform. The 'device can be used in hot roiling process lubrication experiments and hot rolling lubrica- tion in middle and small hot rolling line.
