摘要
运用价值工程的基本原理,建立住宅结构的价值分析模型,对住宅进行了功能分析和成本分析,并将钢结构住宅与钢筋混凝土结构住宅、砖混结构住宅进行了性价比较,得到钢结构住宅性价比最高的结论。
Based on the value engineering of housing project＇s economic evaluation,the value evaluation model of house construction is made.Through the analysis of housing project＇s function and cost,the steel structural system were compared with those of the reinforced concrete system and the brick concrete structural system.It showed that the ratio of function to cost of the steel structural system is the biggest.
