摘要
通过PCR的方法,扩增了松江鲈Myostatin基因的内含子1和内含子2片段,测序后发现长度分别为325bp和835bp,具有典型的GT-AG序列特征,在内含子2中存在一个(AC)14的微卫星序列.通过线粒体控制区部分片段测序,对来自长江、丹东和葫芦岛三个地理群体的松江鲈线粒体D-loop序列分析,未发现它们之间存在特征性的序列差异,可能是三个地理群体松江鲈的分隔时间短.
The intron 1 and intron 2 of myostatin gene in Trachidermus fasciatus were amplified and sequenced.The two introns are 325bp and 835 bp long respectively and contained the typical GT-AG ends of erkaryotic genes.Meanwhile the intron 2 contained a(AC)14 microsatellite sequence.The mitochondrial control regions of three geographic population of Trachidermus fasciatus from Yangtse River,Dandong,and Huludao were amplified and sequenced.There is no characteristic variation among these individuals,which showed that these three geographic populations of Trachidermus fasciatus were probably insulated for a short time.
