摘要
紧固孔的表面质量是决定飞机疲劳寿命和安全性能的重要环节。针对加工精度研究了常规制孔工艺和Winslow制孔工艺对7050-T7351铝合金飞机装配紧固孔加工质量的影响。借助于现代先进的精密测量仪器和设备,对不同制孔工艺所产生的紧固孔圆柱度误差和尺寸误差进行了试验和研究,发现钻-扩-铰多步慢进给和Winslow制孔工艺所产生的几何误差最小,仅为其他工艺的十分之一左右。应用Deform3D数值模拟技术,分析了不同工艺表层切削温度和热变形的变化规律。探讨了切削参数、切削温度、切削变形及表面缺陷等影响紧固孔加工精度的主要因素。提出了选择适当进给量与切削速度、提高刀具的刃磨精度和装卡精度、降低手动进给的不稳定性等提高加工精度的措施。
The surface quality of fastener holes is an important factor in determining the fatigue life and safety performance of an aircraft.The effects of conventional and Winslow drilling processes on the working quality of fastener holes drilled on 7050-T7351 aluminum alloy were investigated for precision.The cylindricity accuracy and diameter errors of fastener holes were tested by using modern advanced testing instrument and equipment.It is found that the geometry errors generated in multiple-step machining with slow feeding and Winslow process were the smallest,about one-tenth of the other processes.All machining accuracy indexes were superior to those produced by the other three drilling processes.The Deform3D numerical simulation technology of machining was applied and the variation regularities of surface temperatures and deformation caused by different processes were analyzed.It is concluded that the main factors affecting machining accuracy were cutting parameters,temperature,deformation and surface defects.Some measures for improving the machining accuracy,such as selecting proper feed and cutting speed,raising precision of grinding tool and clamping and decreasing instability of manual feed,are suggested.
