摘要
通过对新形势下高校与社会、高校之间关系以及高校内部成员构成、观念、行为方式的变化的研究,讨论了加强高校学风建设和思想道德建设的重要性,提出从加强教风与师德建设、加强教育教学改革和依法治校、加强管理三方面进行新形势下的高校学风建设。
According to the study of people＇s changes in the composition,conception and behavior between university and society,this article discusses the importance of the building of academic atmosphere and states that teacher＇s professional ethics training,educational reforming and administering university with？ legal provisions will be helpful to the building of academic atmosphere and ideological and moral construction.
