摘要
随着素质教育意识的普及,以能力为本位的各大高职院校中素质教育活动日趋丰富,但素质教育活动中重复活动、把关不严等问题日益凸显。高职院校素质教育活动"项目化管理",提出通过项目化管理优化配置校内外多方面素质教育资源的预期效果,为高职院校学生素质拓展和校园文化建设建构了一个具有实际意义的管理模式。
Basic on capability,higher vocational schools have more quality-oriented activities day by day with the popularity of quality-oriented education. But in these avtivities,problems appearing more and more often,such as repeated activities or loose examination. Projectized management of quality-oriented education of higher vocational schools,means to optimize the quality-oriented education resources in and out of the schools. So it can building up the student quality and construct a kind of practical management for the campus culture growing up.
