对比度知觉学习治疗弱视的效果及相应的视觉诱发电位的变化 被引量:4

摘要 目的验证对比度知觉学习对青少年及成人弱视的治疗效果并探索相应的视觉诱发电位的变化。方法对20例15~30岁的屈光参差性弱视患者进行对比度知觉学习训练,训练前后进行视力、空间对比敏感度和视觉诱发电位的检查,统计分析检查结果。结果对比度知觉学习前后弱视眼中、高空间频率下对比敏感度的差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),对数视力表上视力提升≥2行者达65%。训练前后中、高空间频率下视觉诱发电位P100峰潜伏期的差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论对比度知觉学习是一种可靠而有效的治疗青少年及成人弱视的方法,具有重要的临床应用价值。 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of contrast perceptual learning on anisometropic amblyopia and to explore the consequent influence on visual evoked potentials.Methods Contrast perceptual learning was performed by 20 anisometropic amblyopic patients(age range,15~30).Visual acuity,spatial contrast sensitivity function and visual evoked potential elicited by reversing checkerboard were measured before and after this contrast perceptual learning.Data were analysed using statistical methods.Results Contrast sensitivity for middle to high spatial frequency gratings was significantly increased(P0.01)after contrast perceptual learning and visual acuity of most patients(65%)was improved according to the standard criteria established in China.Furthermore,the latency of P100 of visual evoked potentials elicited by reversing checkerboard with middle to high spatial frequencies was significantly shortened after the contrast perceptual learning.Conclusion Contrast perceptual learning is an effective and reliable therapeutic tool for anisometropic amblyopia,and it should be widely applied in clinical treatment.
