摘要
目的建立混合糖电解质注射液中乙酸盐含量测定的方法。方法色谱柱:Shodex SUGARSH1011(300 mm×8 mm,7μm),流动相:水(硫酸调节pH至2.1);流速:1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长:210 nm。结果乙酸盐峰与相邻杂质峰分离度良好,乙酸钠线性范围为0.2~0.7 g.L-1(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为(99.6±s 1.3)%(n=9)。结论本方法简便、准确,可用于混合糖电解质注射液含量的测定。
AIM To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for the determination of acetate in carbohydrate and electrolyte injection.METHODS A Shodex SUGAR SH1011 column(300 mm × 8 mm,7 μm)was used with the mobile phase of water(adjusted to pH 2.1 by sulfuric acid).Flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was at 210 nm.RESULTS Good resolution for acetate and related substances was obtained.The linear range of sodium acetate was 0.2-0.7 g·L-1(r = 0.999 9),with average recovery rate of(99.6 ± 1.3)%(n = 9).CONCLUSION The established method is simple,sensitive and reproducible,and suitable for the quality control of carbohydrate and electrolyte injection.
