离体上颌第二磨牙髓腔研究及其临床意义

摘要 目的:观察上颌第二磨牙髓腔底解剖形态以及根管口数目和位置,为临床根管口的定位和治疗提供实验室依据。方法:将收集的213个离体上颌第二磨牙于颈部横截,观察髓腔底和底沟的形态特征以及根管口的位置。结果:根管口多位于髓腔壁和髓腔底的交汇处,或位于髓腔底沟的顶端。"Y"型髓底沟的发生率为60.6%,呈"7"型的髓底沟的发生率为22.1%,上述根管口均与髓底沟相接。结论:上颌第二磨牙的髓腔底形态复杂,根管口大都位于髓腔壁和髓腔底的交汇处,或位于髓腔底沟的顶端。因此,保持髓腔底的自然形态将有利于寻找根管口。 AIM: To examine the anatomy of maxillary second molar pulp cavity,including the number and location of root canal orifice so as to provide information for clinical treatment.METHODS: Two humdred and thirteen extracted human maxillary second molars were coronally cut along the pulp floor to expose the pulp chamber.The outline of the pulp chamber and the number and position of orifices on pulp-chamber floors were observed.RESULTS: The orifices of root canals were located at the junction of the walls and floor,or at the terminus of developmental root fusion lines.Type Y developmental root fusion lines were 60.6% and type "7" were 22.1%.The fusion lines were connected with the orifices of root canals.CONCLUSION: The anatomy of maxillary second molar pulp cavity is very complicated.Maintainance of the natural morphology of the pulp floor and the developing grooves is useful to find the orifices of the root canal.
