摘要
利用正交实验的方法在 C275 B125 A3 S生料中掺入不同量的 Ca F2 ,以不同的烧成温度、保温时间进行烧成,并对烧成矿物各水化龄期抗压强度进行了比较。通过正交分析,发现外掺14% Ca F2、烧成温度为1 350℃、保温2h 的条件下烧成的矿物各水化龄期强度最高。基于这一结果,利用含钡工业废渣为原料且掺入适量萤石烧制出了性能更为优异的含钡硫铝酸盐水泥,还应用 X R D, S E M 等测试手段对其形成及水化进行了初步探讨。
Different quantity microelement CaF 2 are mixed into the raw meal of C 2 75 B 1 25 A 3 to burn under different burning temperature and treating time,and the minerals strength is compared at every hydrate age.The orthogonal experment shows that the pure mineral with the best strength is mixed 1 4% CaF 2 and burned at 1350℃ for 2 hours.Based on the conclusion,more excellent Ba bearing sulphoalminate cement has been burned with Babearing industrial wastes when blend suitable fluorite in it.In addition,the hydration mechanism of the cement was analyzed.
