摘要
采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了几种助发泡剂对PVC(聚氯乙烯)人造革生产过程中常用发泡剂偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)的分解温度、峰宽和焓变的影响。结果显示,在锌类化合物和碳酸氢钠(NaHCO3)的共同作用下,AC的分解温度降低,分解温度区间变宽,发气量均衡,基本满足PVC人造革低温发泡技术要求。
The effects of several additives on decomposition temperature range,peak temperature and enthalpy change of AC foaming agent for PVC(polyvinyl chloride) artificial leather manufacture f(or the AC foaming agent) are investigated in detail by Differential Scanning Calorimeter(DSC).The result showed that the additive which consists of zinc compounds and modified sodium bicarbonate(NaHCO3) can efficiently decrease the decomposition temperature,broaden the interval of decomposition temperature and balance the gas evolution of AC foaming agent.
