烷醇酰胺复合物的制备

摘要 将甘油三酸酯、十二碳脂肪酸混合后与不同摩尔分数的醇胺制备成各类烷醇酰胺复合物,测定其基本性能,同时考察其对坯革的加脂性能。结果表明,甘油三酸酯、十二碳脂肪酸混合后与长链烷基胺制备的烷醇酰胺复合物流动性能良好、易乳化、黏度低、乳液稳定;加脂后坯革机械性能优良(撕裂强度为17.062 N/mm、抗张强度为6.039 N/mm2、断裂伸长率为145.771%);耐热老化性能优良。 Triglyceride and aliphatic acid with different molar fraction of alcoholamine were amidated,then esterized with maleic anhydride and sulfitated with sodium sulfite.Then the derivative alkanomide's properties of flowing,emulsification,storage and the aqueous solution and emulsion and the applicable properties were tested.The results show that the derivative alkanolamide,which was made by triglyceride with alcoholamine,was good fluidity,fine emulsifiability and stabilized storage;the tear strength of the crust made by this derivative alkanolamide is 17.062N/mm,and the tensile strength is 6.039 N/mm2,the rate of extension at breaking is 145.771 percent;in the same way,the crust owns fine aging resistance property.
