摘要
目的研究二溴海因泡腾片消毒相关性能,为实际消毒应用提供依据。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和理化性能试验方法进行了实验室观察。结果用含有效溴200 mg/L的二溴海因泡腾片溶液作用10 min,对悬液内大肠杆菌平均杀灭对数值达到5.0以上;用含有效溴3 000 mg/L的该泡腾片溶液作用30 min,对悬液内枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢平均杀灭率对数值均>5.00。该二溴海因泡腾片密封包装储存于37℃90 d,有效溴含量平均下降率≤7.26%。结论本研究二溴海因泡腾片具有较强杀菌力,储存性能稳定。
Objective To study the disinfection performance of dibromantin effervescence tablet and provide guidance for practical application. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and physical and chemical performance test in laboratory were carried out. Results The average killing logarithm value of E.coli exposed to dibromantin effervescence tablet solution containing effective bromine 200 mg/L for 10 min was 5.0.That of Bacillus subtilis var.niger spores exposed to dibromantin effervescence tablet solution containing effective bromine 3 000 mg/L for 30 min was5.0.The average decreasing rate of effective bromine was ≤7.26% when the dibromantin effervescence tablets were hermetically stored under the temperature of 37℃ for 90 days. Conclusion The dibromantin effervescence tablets have strong germicidal efficacy and good stability.
