摘要
针对装有硅油-橡胶减震器的某6135柴油机曲轴轴系强烈扭振现象,对扭振减震器结构重新进行了设计。通过比较四种减震方案,选取最优化的一种方案进行了减震效果分析计算,并与实验结果进行比较。改进后的减震器明显降低了曲轴扭振主要谐次的共振振幅以及轴段应力,并且降低了噪音,提升了柴油机曲轴轴系运转的可靠性。
In this paper,a new rubber damper is designed because of the strong torsional vibration phenomenon of 6135 diesel engine which assembles silicone oil damper.Through the comparison between four different structural parameters of rubber damper,the best one is used to analyze the damping effect.By compared with experiments,it is found that the main resonant torsional vibration amplitudes and the tensional stresses of the crankshaft are reduced to allowable range.At the same time,the new rubber damper turns the engine's noise down and makes crankshaft run more stably.
