摘要
为探索圆柱斜齿轮精锻成形的新工艺,针对某一参数的圆柱斜齿轮,采用浮动凹模的工艺方案,对其进行数值模拟与物理试验。分析不同压下量下,斜齿轮的成形效果和脱模过程中的速度场、等效应变场,并与传统的闭式挤压成形进行对比。结果表明,圆柱斜齿轮采用浮动凹模的成形工艺较采用传统工艺,载荷下降约30%,脱模时,锻件齿形在模腔内沿螺旋方向做刚性平移运动,齿形几乎不产生塑性变形。为进一步研究圆柱斜齿轮精锻成形工艺提供了参考。
A forming method of floating die for the specific helical gears was studied by both numerical simulation and physical experiments.The forming effect of different reduction,the velocity and equivalent strain field during demoulding were analyzed.The floating die scheme was compared with the conventional scheme.The results show that the forming load of floating die can be reduced by about 30% compared with the conventional scheme.During demoulding,the teeth of the helical gear make rigid translation along the helical direction within the cavity of the die almost without plastic deformation.
