摘要
作为不同形式教育进行沟通的中介和桥梁,学习学分的认定与转换尤为重要。它可以打破教育领域的藩篱,促使终身学习者共享特定区域内乃至全世界的教育资源,满足学习者利用弹性学习时间自主学习的要求。它是进一步推进终身教育,培养适应社会需求的复合型、学习型人才,实现学习型社会的前提条件。因此,终身教育推行学分认定与转换制度是时势所需,是实现各类教育相互衔接、相互沟通的有效途径。
As the intermediate bridge for different forms of education,the recognition and transformation of academic credits is really important.It can break the fences between different education sections and enables the life-long learners to enjoy the education resources in certain areas even all over the world.Also,the self-learning in irregular and flexible time can be satisfied.So it is the prerequisite for the further development of life-long education and the cultivation of adaptable person with composite talent and learning ability.Hence,promoting credit-recognize-and-transform system is an fairly needed and efficient way to realize the connection and interaction between different types of educations.
