摘要
以硬脂酸和三乙醇胺为原料在磷钨酸作催化剂、苯作带水剂条件下合成了Ｎ，Ｎ－ 双羟乙基硬脂酸氨基乙酯，收率在９５ ％ 以上。
N,N dihydroxyethyl aminoethyl octadecanoate was synthesized from triethanolamine and stearic acid with phosphotungstic acid as catalysis, benzol as water carrying agent. The yield of target product was above 95%.
