摘要
本文以2003-2008年的国家高新区数据为依据,构建了国家高新区强弱综合指数,在此基础上,运用极化指数测量了国家高新区的马太效应及其空间方向,并对应地规划了国家自主创新示范区的空间布局。研究结果表明:近6年间国家高新区整体趋势上存在马太效应,并表现在南方-北方和发达城市-次发达城市两个方向上,沿海-内陆方向上未显现;但就平均极化水平而言,发达城市-次发达城市方向跃沿海-内陆方向跃南方-北方方向。最后根据实证结果,选定北京、长春、上海、西安、武汉、广州或深圳为国家自主创新示范区参考对象,形成了近"十字"型的空间布局。
Based on the study of the data of national hi-tech zones in 2003-2008,this paper constructs the comprehensive strength index,measures the Matthew Effect and its direction by the polarization index and correspondingly plans the spatial layout of national innovation demonstration zones.This paper concludes that there is Matthew Effect among national hi-tech zone in the past 6 years,which appears in south-north,developed cities,less developed cities and does not appear in coast-inland,but the average polarization index is the strongest between developed cities and less developed cities and is the weakest between south and north.According to the empirical results,Beijing,Changchun,Shanghai,Xi'an,Wuhan,Guangzhou or Shenzhen are chosen as one of the national innovation demonstration zones,which will compose the cross type layout.
