摘要
为促进中国职业篮球发展与变革的进程,以上海东方男子篮球俱乐部为例,在查阅大量文献基础上,从经济学和市场学的角度入手,剖析了姚明以老板身份回归上海东方男子篮球俱乐部后为俱乐部在产权关系、管理状况、经营状况、联赛战绩等方面带来的巨大变革与发展,通过对这些变革与发展的分析,进而得出对CBA及其所属俱乐部发展变革的四点启示:政府与市场博弈的目标当是经济效应与社会效应的双赢;产权明晰与管理权集中的统一是解决当前发展困境的良药;宽容与理解是缓解制度变迁与文化传统冲突的最终出路;发展是解决管理人才队伍培养问题的根本。
To promote the development and reform of Chinese professional basketball club, this paper, taking the Shanghai Oriental Basketball Club as an example, based on literature, from the perspective of economics and marketing, analyzed the great changes and development on property rights, management status, operating conditions, the league record and so on after Yao Ming＇s returning to Shanghai Oriental man Basketball club. Through the analysis of these changes and development, four revelations can be formed as follows ： the goals of games between government and the market should be lead to economic effects and social effects; the unified of property rights and management centralizing was the right way of current development dilemma; tolerance and understanding were the ultimate answers to ease the conflict between system change and traditional culture ; development was the fundamental tactics of management talent training.
