摘要
介绍了采用基于解偏振光强度方法、热平衡时间很短的DPLⅡ结晶速度仪,分别测定了PET、PP、PE 等在不同温度下等温结晶过程及等速升温条件下的晶体熔化过程,并解析出诱导期、结晶速率、结晶过程机理、Avrami 指数n 、k 及熔点。
DPL Ⅱ crystallization recorder is an instrument based on depolarized light intensity method and with short thermal equilibrium time. The isothermal crystallization process at different temperature and the melting process of crystal at constant rate temperature elevation of PET, PP and PE are tested respectively. And their induction periods, crystallization rates, crystallization mechanisms, Avrami indices and the melting point are analyzed also.
