摘要
采用柴油/掺水乙醇组合燃烧(DECC)方式对一台电控高压共轨的增压中冷发动机开展了气体排放特性的研究.结果表明,采用DECC方式能大幅度减少共轨发动机的NOx排放.排气系统加装氧化催化转换器(DOC)可以消除随之增加的HC和CO排放,使其排放值甚至比燃用纯柴油的原机还低,排气烟度也得到了改善.对甲醛和乙醛等非常规气体的排放也同时进行了研究.结果表明:在DECC燃烧模式下,甲醛和乙醛的排放相对于燃用纯柴油的原机有一定增加,经过DOC装置处理,水平与原机接近;采用DECC模式,在维持发动机动力性不变的同时,燃油经济性有所提高,且存在一个最佳运行区间.在该运行区中发动机燃料的有效热效率提高了6.16%.
Investigation on gas emissions of diesel/ethanol blended with water compound combus-tion(DECC)was performed on a common rail,turbocharged,inter-cooled diesel engine.Testing results show that DECC can remarkably reduce NOx emissions,while unburned HC and CO emissions can be decreased by the diesel oxidation catalytic converter(DOC).The unregulated gas emissions like formal-dehyde and acetaldehyde were also measured.Results show that formaldehyde and acetaldehyde increase in DECC mode,but they can be reduced to baseline engine level with DOC.Testing results also show that the DECC mode can achieve good fuel economy while maintaining the same power output,especially under medium load.Under the DECC mode,the effective thermal efficiency increases by 6.16% under optimal operating range.
