摘要 采用两步法合成的SiO2微球。发现氨水作为催化剂使用量过少时,SiO2微球的表面会不光滑,甚至微球的形状不规则。SiO2微球的大小主要由TEOS的初始用量和二次用量之比决定,给出了SiO2质量百分比和体积比的测量方法。 Silica spheres were synthesized by a two-step method.It has been demonstrated that the addition ratio of ammonia catalyst influences the morphologies and the shape of the SiO2 spheres.The sizes of the silica spheres are mainly depended on the ratio of the TEOS reagents for both the initial beads and the final silica spheres.It has also been pointed out how to measurement the mass and volume percentages for the silica in the paper.
