摘要
以硫酸铜、氯化铁为主要原料,采用化学共沉淀法制备CuFe2O4纳米磁性微粒,然后将其与海泡石复合制得CuFe2O4载量不同(质量分数,下同)的磁性海泡石。分别用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)对样品的物相、形貌、磁学性能进行了表征。结果表明,合成的CuFe2O4结晶度高,晶粒度约为16nm,饱和磁化强度(Ms)为24.114A.m2/kg。磁性海泡石中,CuFe2O4较均匀地负载于海泡石表面,其饱和磁化强度(Ms)以及对Cu2+的饱和吸附量随CuFe2O4载量增加而增大。CuFe2O4载量为50%的磁性海泡石的饱和磁化强度(Ms)、剩余磁化强度(Mr)分别为13.416、0.0395A.m2/kg,矫顽力(Hci)为0.0113A/m,对Cu2+的饱和吸附量为17.82mg/g,磁分离回收率为96.4%。
Magnetic sepiolite with different contents of CuFe2O4 was prepared by chemical co-precipitation method using copper sulfate and ferric chloride as main raw materials.The phase,morphology and magnetic properties of the production were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electronic microscopy(TEM) and vibration sample magnetometer(VSM).The results show that the size of CuFe2O4 is about 16 nm,and the saturation magnetization is 24.114A·m2/kg.CuFe2O4 particles adhere to the surface of sepiolite fiber.The saturation magnetization and saturated adsorption capacity for Cu2+ of magnetic sepiolite increase along with the loading of CuFe2O4 increasing.For magnetic sepiolite with CuFe2O4 content of 50%(in mass),the saturation and remanence magnetization are 13.416 and 0.0395 A·m2/kg,and coercive force is 0.0113 A/m.The saturated adsorption capacity for Cu2+ and magnetic recovery rate is 17.82mg/g,96.4%,respectively.
