摘要
探讨织物形成的相关因素对织物织缩率的影响。选用PTT长丝作经纬纱,以织物组织、织物密度、上机张力、丝线组合为变化因子,建立试样方案,制得测试样品织物,采用拆拨法测取定长织物的纱线实际长度,取得织缩率值。结果表明:不同组织下纱线屈曲状态差异是构成织缩率的主要因素;纱线密度增大可使另一系统纱线的织缩率有从明显到平缓的增大趋势;上机张力增大,织缩率减小;纱线组合变化对织缩率存在影响。
In this paper,we investigated influence of related factors of fabric-forming on weaving shrinkage of woven fabric.PTT filament was selected as the warp and weft.Fabric weave,fabric density,weaving warp tension and combination of filament were used as change factors.Establishing sample scheme,preparing the testing sample fabric,shrinkage was obtained by using disassembling method to measure the actual length of the yarn with fixed-length.The results showed that under the condition of different fabric weaves,differences of buckled states of the yarn were the main factors influencing weaving shrinkage;weaving shrinkage of the other system increased significantly at first then became gentle as the fabric density rised;the shrinkage descended while weaving warp tension ascended;different combinations of filament also had effect on the weaving shrinkage.
