摘要
从赤灵芝子实体原粉中分离提纯得到2种均一多糖GLP1-1和GLP2-2,并应用HPLCS、ephadexG-100凝胶层析I、R、UV等方法对分离得到的2种多糖进行纯度鉴别、组分测定及结构分析。结果表明:多糖GLP1-1是由木糖、D-半乳糖、D-葡萄糖、鼠李糖组成,UV光谱和IR光谱显示GLP1-1和GLP2-2均有多糖的特征吸收,并且具有β-吡喃多糖糖基的特征吸收峰;推断GLP1-1和GLP2-2为β-吡喃杂多糖。
The polysaccharides of GLP1-1 and GLP2-2 were extracted and purification from fruitbody Ganoderma lucidum by DEAE-celluase column and gel chromatography.The purity was identified by gel chromatography.It was the sole polysaccharide component.GLP1-1 and GLP2-2 were analyzed by acid hydrolysis and HPLC and structures were studied by infrared spectrum and Ultra-Violet spectrophotometry.The results showed that polysaccharide existed as β-furan sugar and contained no protein and nucleic acid.GLP1-1 was composed of D-galactose,D-xylose,D-glucose,D-rhamnose.
