摘要
在复配工艺条件下,合成了一种新型抗环烷酸腐蚀的高温缓蚀剂。静态挂片法实验研究结果表明,采用标准A3碳钢挂片,以环烷酸/白油为反应介质(酸度602mgKOH/100mL),加入缓蚀剂2092μg.g-1,在200℃的高温,反应时间为24h的条件下,缓蚀剂的缓蚀效率最高可达92.67%,表明此缓蚀剂具有较好的缓蚀效果,适用于以环烷酸为主的腐蚀环境的腐蚀防护。
A novel corrosion inhibitor for naphthenic acid corrosion was synthesized using the reaction of compound type. The corrosion inhibition efficiency naphthenic/diesel oil column having an acidity of on the corrosion of standard A3 carbon steel in the 602mgKOH/100mL added with 2092μg· g-1 said corrosion inhibitor under 200℃ and a reaction time of 24h was up to 92.67%. This demonstrated that the said corrosion inhibitor had high efficiency and was able to control the corrosion caused by naphthenic acid.
