摘要
本研究旨在分析我国学校心理健康教育教师胜任特征结构并编制适合我国学校心理健康教育教师胜任特征测量问卷。在文献分析基础上,通过开放式问卷,行为事件访谈,提出了学校心理健康教育教师胜任特征的理论结构;采用项目分析、探索性和验证性因素分析对860名从事学校心理健康教育的教师进行施测,并以此分析为基础形成了《学校心理健康教育教师胜任特征问卷》,该问卷共57个题项,包含专业知识、普通文化知识、宜人性、尽责性、职业价值观、学生观、评估反思能力、协作沟通能力、专业发展能力9个维度;编制的我国学校心理健康教育教师胜任特征问卷信效度良好,适合用来分析我国学校心理健康教育教师胜任特征状况。
Mental health education at colleges and middle schools has become an important part of quality education,but at present,college and middle school mental health teachers are usually,failure to be up to the need of mental health education.There are universally many problems such as teacher's low level of specialization,not qualified for the task,etc.Therefore,it is an urgent task to study Chinese mental health teachers' competence characteristics,and such research will certainly help to solve the problems and satisfy the need of quality education.Researchers at home and abroad have studied a lot about the connotation and structuring methods of competence,but very few studies have dealt with the characteristics of the mental health teachers.And now many related researches only come up with the capacity and qualities which mental teachers are supposed to have;however,the standards of the capacity and qualities are usually summarized according to their own experience,without the support of a scientific theory,so the standards are usually impracticable.As seen from our present school administration system, no real teaching body of mental health has been formed.And there obviously existed uncertainty about the role,the vigor of job responsibility,the imperfection of the evaluation system and the inadequacy of the training systems.Thus,a study of the competency characleristics of mental health teachers can not only enrich the area and theory of competency,but also help to improve mental teachers' level of specialization and competent capacity.Moreover,it will provide scientific support for school's selection,training and evaluation of their mental heath teachers.The purpose of the study is to analyze the competency structure of Chinese mental health teachers and to develop questionnaires for their competencies.On the basis of literature analysis and through open questionnaires and behavioral event interview,the theoretical model of mental health teachers' competencies was ascertained.860 mental health teachers were tested.The questionnaire of mental health teachers were developed through item analysis,exploratory factor analysis and experimental factor analysis.57 items of questionnaires have been reserved,including nine factors,i.e.,professional knowledge,ordinary knowledge,agreeableness,conscientiousness,occupational values,student values,evaluation and rethinking ability,coordination and communication skills and professional development.Moreover,the nine factors which contribute to the characteristics of mental health teachers are considered to be side by side.They all help to explain the competency characleristics. The questionnaire tested homogeneity reliability.The result indicated that Cronbach alpha values for each factor ranged from.751 to.877;Cronbach alpha value for the questionnaire was with.964.We followed the principle of the questionnaire,so as to be sure of the content validity of the questionnaire.The correlation coefficients of each factor score were between.308—.771.The correlation coefficient between each factor score and total score were with in.644—.856.the result of confirmatory factor analysis showed the item index was fit for the model.The correlation coefficient between the performance mean score and the mean score of each factor were in.308—.609.The correlation coefficient between the performance mean score and the questionnaire mean score were in.609.The questionnaire was proved to be of good reliability and validity so it could be used to investigate the competencies of mental health teachers and is suitable for testing the characteristics of mental health teachers.
