摘要
应用Pro/E软件对城市护栏清洗车工作装置进行了结构设计并建立了虚拟样机模型,利用多刚体运动学仿真软件ADMAS以及动力学仿真软件ANSYS对工作装置进行了动力学仿真,得到了工作装置作业三维轨迹等运动学参数、主要铰接点的载荷特征以及主要结构的力学特性,为合理开发城市护栏清洗设备提供了依据。
Based on virtual prototype technology, the model of city cleaning vehicle and its work device were created with Pro/E software. The kinematics simulation and dynamics simulation of the work element were completed by using analysis software ADAMS and ANSYS. And the 3D work trajectory of the working device, the kinematics data, the payload date of the main hinge point and the mechanical properties of the key structure which can provides basis for the development of the city cleaning vehicle were obtained.
