摘要
隧道空洞通常会导致"衬砌减薄"和"衬砌背后约束减少",基于泉(州)三(明)高速公路上的竹坑山隧道工程实例,分析了施工空洞对隧道结构的影响,采用相应的荷载-结构计算模型,计算二衬在这两种缺陷情况下的内力,并根据《公路隧道设计规范》对二衬结构进行了安全系数检算,通过对比无病害时二衬的内力和安全系数,明确判断空洞对隧道结构的影响程度,得出拱顶空洞对二衬拱顶部位的安全系数影响最大等结论,可为类似工程的设计与施工提供参考。
Back voids of a tunnel usually result in the "deficient thickness of the lining" and "decreasing the restrictions behind the lining" of the tunnel.With the Zhukengshan Tunnel of the Quan(zhou)-San(ming) Expressway as a practical example,the effects of the construction voids on the tunnel structure are analyzed in the paper,with the internal forces of the 2nd lining of the tunnel under the action of the two defects calculated by means of the corresponding load-structure model.In the light of the《The Design Specifications for Highway Tunnels》,the safety factor of the second lining is checked as well.By comparing the safety factor and the internal forces of the second lining with those of the non-defective second lining,the seriousness of the effects of the voids on the tunnel structure is clearly worked out,with the conclusion obtained that the voids at the top of the arch have the greatest effects on the safety factor of the arch top of the 2nd lining.The paper may serve as a useful reference for the design and construction of other similar projects.
