摘要
目的:探讨经腹二维与经阴道彩色多普勒超声对未破裂型宫外孕诊断效果及临床价值。方法:采用经腹二维与经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查未破裂型宫外孕患者,并将诊断结果与术后病理对照。结果:经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断准确率显著高于经腹二维超声的诊断结果(P<0.05)。经阴道彩超,除附件混合包块诊断部分外,其他诊断方面均显著优于经腹二维超声法(P<0.05)。结论:经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断未破裂型宫外孕效果优于经腹二维超声,有较好的临床应用价值。
Objective： To explore the effect and the clinical value of the belly of the two-dimensional and by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound to diagnosis the unruptuerd ectopic pregnancy.Methods： Using the belly of the two-dimensional and by transvaginal color doppler ultrasound to diagnosis the unruptuerd ectopic pregnancy,and the diagnosis was confronted with pathological.Results： The diagnosis accuracy rate by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound was significantly higher than the belly of the two-dimensional ultrasound（P〈0.05）.Except the mixed bag of the annex,by transvaginal color Doppler was significant than the belly of the two-dimensional ultrasound（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： By transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound to diagnosis the unruptuerd ectopic pregnancy is value in clinical application.
