超声波法提取苇蘑多糖的工艺研究 被引量:9

摘要 采用超声波辅助热水提取法研究了苇蘑子实体多糖的提取工艺。正交试验所得苇蘑子实体多糖最佳超声提取条件为:提取温度30℃,提取时间15min,料液比1∶30(g/mL),超声功率200W。苇蘑子实体多糖含量采用传统的苯酚-硫酸法检测。在精密度试验中,RSD为0.283%,表明精密度较好。在稳定性试验中,RSD为0.374%,表明在0h~8h之间的稳定性较好。实验结果显示,该方法适用于苇蘑子实体多糖的提取及含量测定。该方法简便、准确、稳定、灵敏度高。测得苇蘑中多糖含量为21%。 Hot water extraction method assisted by ultrasonic was applied to extract Agaricus campestris polysaccharide from Agaricus campestris in this paper.The optimal extraction conditions were determined as follows: temperature of extraction 30 ℃,time of ultrasonic extraction 15 min,solid-liquid ratio 1∶30(g/mL) and the power 200 W.Phenol-sulphuric method was applied to determine Agaricus campestris polysaccharide.In the precision experiment,RSD value was 0.283 %,showing that the precision was better.In the stability experiment,RSD value was 0.374 %,showing that the stability was better in 0 h-8 h.This metod is easy,credibility,accuration and specificity.variation coefficient.In the condition,the extraction percentage of soluble polysaccharides in Agaricus campestris was 21 %.
